In YAARRGH! Me Matey! is a 3D Procedural Generated Pirate Fantasy adventure game,
Within a Large World Of Islands & Habitats To Explore, Mine,
Build & Craft.
As you explore through the large procedural generated world. you can interact with numerous NPC, creatures and enemies will appear in multiple positions around you and can attack you from either side. The player effectively controls the 1st person view of the main playable character, mining, exploring, crafting, construction, trading, sailing custom built ships made by player with ore found in the world environment. Often fighting single & numerous mobs of enemies. There is often a tactical choice about which instance of an enemy is better to attack.
The full game will have Multiplayer support with users able to run online worlds for anyone to join in the adventures . The 1st person playable character will have a player customization at the start of game play. The primary goal is to explore, the world, searching for pirate treasures and securing your own piece of an island. Enemies appear along the adventure and may drop special items including weapons, Armour and other unique items.
Here are the goal lists of YAARRGH!
BUILD: Block building construction – Design and build houses, towers, fortresses or underground bunkers. Creating a safe place to live, survive and thrive.
CREATE: Ship building construction – Machinery, submarines, ships and zeppelins. Block types have different shapes, materials and functionalities.
MULTIPLAYER: Private or public servers. Create a local private server for you and your friends, or host a public server for anyone to join.
EXPLORE: Islands, Ocean and Bedrock in an endless world, with rich biome environments containing precious gems and ores, unique flora and fauna.
INVENTORY: Unique Storage and Inventory system (experimental).
CRAFT: Create the tools, weapons, foods and items you will need to survive. With many types of resources and materials available.
TRADE: Kings Island for trading with NPC or players in a safe location guarded by the Kings men, where you can sell your wares for gold or buy needed resources.
DAVY JONES: Beware of Davy Jones and his pirate crew. Don’t be going down to his locker, be a smart captain and equip your ships with plenty of cannons and gunpowder.
BIOMES: Types include Polar, Desert, Mediterranean, Tropical, Marsh and Volcano Islands. Each biome supports rare special ores, monsters, animals and atmosphere.
LOOT: Search for hidden treasures and sunken ship wrecks of untold riches. Hunt other pirates for their booty or attack merchant vessels for swag.
SURVIVE: The blood moon, cold ocean depths, monsters, predatory animals and the fearsome dragons.

About The Developer
YAARRGH! Engineer has worked in game development since 2012. Initially a application software engineer with over 20 years experience, he started out as a hobbyist programmer on Commodore64 & Texas Instruments computer back in the late 80’s, he also worked for many companies but currently been working on YAARRGH! full-time since February 2016.
About The 3D Artist
YAARRGH! 3D Artist has worked in the 3D industry field since 2000. Initially a 3D character Designer & animator, he’s also worked as a modeler on industrial safety presentations and acquired a Diploma in screen production – Specialising in animations
YAARRGH! is been developed with a full-time Engineer and a part-time 3D Artist. Development began in early 2016, a time when off-the-shelf game engines were available for small game studios and able to give the level of control needed to create the Procedural environments for YAARRGH!. The game is being developed with the Unity3D engine.
The original inspiration for YAARRGH! came from a desire to take game environment interaction further; to reflect more than just the standard game-play and intensity by creating a large abstract world interpretation with a more tangible solid visual style.
